“Exceptional experience and terrific customer service and responsiveness.. We hired Scott and his team after bidding this out to other companies. Scott provided price match and improved warranty. They were hired to repair/replace our breaker panel, add extenders to our outlets inside, and install flush protective covers on our outdoor outlets. The scheduling we efficient. We landed on 1.5 days of work. Instead of taking the full 1.5 days they brought in extra help to knock it out in 1 day.
After the work was done (which was clean). We had some trouble with our washer powering on. After 2 days of trying to figure it out we contacted Scott via email. He responded late on a Friday night and offered to come in that night or on Saturday (during a holiday weekend). I emailed him Saturday to let him know the issue was still happening and he dropped everything and drove out to our house to check on the work, washer, and panel. The washer is working now and wasn’t at all related to the electrical repairs done. But Scott went out of his way to make sure it was working the way it was supposed to either way. Incredibly impressed and will be sure to use/recommend them in the future. Thank you Scott (and the 2 others who worked on the project)”
